Inspired by European heritage and a love of flavour, we source Arabica beans from Colombia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and India—roasting with care to create blends that reflect character, balance, and purpose.

The idea for roasting began in 2009, sparked around a table of friends. A decade later, it became reality—slowly, deliberately, and with the same precision that defines our baking. Today, we roast in Petone using Arabica beans from Colombia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and India. Each roast is shaped by experience, guided by principle, and built to last.
Coffee has always been more than a beverage—it’s a thread woven through family, celebration, and craft. From childhood memories of pour-over brews and homemade cakes to a lifelong career in baking, our founder’s journey has always paired flavour with care.
Why “Last”? Because what lasts is what matters. Our blends—Endure, Bulletproof, and soon Linger—reflect that ethos. We roast with consistency, aiming for depth, balance, and flavour that holds. We’re not rushing. We’re building something enduring. Wholesale is available to select partners who share our values.
